New members Announcement- Staff please read

We are currently lacking a good solid base of active members. Therefore I am making this announcement to note that any staff members who dont bring in at least 20 members in the next month will be demoted one staff rank. The staff who brings in the highest amount of members will be promoted. The month starts this Saturday. I will begin the countdown then and I will add a new, required, field to the register form that makes the new members note who introduced them to the site.
