Important Refresh the background

I don't like the new look. Everything Is messed up. Please refresh it. The old one was better. The message format is mess up. Create new thread, you can't see the button.

I've been asking the support forum for these concerning. It says that apparently it is the green background when I am in the ACP. However anywhere else it does not display as such.
